Banjarnegara now has approximately 554 children with various disabilities. Among them are children with mental, physical, and mixed mental and physical disabilities.Children with disabilities frequently experience a wide range of disadvantages that can have a major impact on their lives. They regularly deal with physical challenges, mental challenges, and also social challenges.
Daily activities may become challenging for them because of physical difficulties with mobility and self-care. They may feel emotional distress and a sense of alienation from their peers, which can result in problems like low self-esteem. They may have less access to social, medical,and educational possibilities due to society's unfriendliness and discrimination.
These difficulties may limit their chances and general development to the point that they are unable to fulfill their potential. And they are never given the chance to follow their dreams. Not all kids are as resilient as Putri Ariani. Who rose to the top of the America's Got Talent stage spectacularly and inspirationally.
Not all kids have the determination,bravery, and supportive families like Putri's did. For most of them, we need topromote inclusivity and support. So they will have a chance to breakdown the challenges.
Children with disabilities need to beempowered, and we have to provide them with the instruments, materials,and assistance they need to overcome barriers and express themselves.
